It owns Tinder, one of the most popular mobile dating apps, which matches 10 million love/lust-seekers daily with a similar picture swipe-rating model. The company just added a disappearing photo feature akin to the annotated pictures sent via Snapchat. Also owned by IAC are free service OKCupid and subscription dating site Match.com, which has nearly doubled sales to $788 million in three years. IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ:IACI) shares advanced 0.04% in last trading session and ended the day on $68.85. In a bid to expand its online auto classifieds business, Internet company Yandex N.V. (NASDAQ:YNDX) has agreed to buy Auto.ru, a popular automobile-related website in Russia, for nearly $175 million in cash. Yandex NV (NASDAQ:YNDX) shares moved down -0.95% in last trading session and was closed at $33.79, while trading in range of $33.62 – $34.20. Yandex NV (NASDAQ:YNDX) year to date (YTD) performance is -21.69%.

Baidu Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:BIDU) on June 17 has announced that its PC software Baidu Antivirus ranked first place in AV-Comparatives’ May 2014 performance test among 20 top antivirus programs, earning it the Advanced+ award. Baidu Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:BIDU) ended the last trading day at $174.39. Company weekly volatility is calculated as 2.01% and price to cash ratio as 9.63.Baidu Inc.
